Sales Administrator - Sports Industry!

Excellent full-time, permanent opportunity to join a growing organisation within the sports industry. This Gloucester business partners closely with sporting organisations of all sizes across the UK- from football clubs and rugby teams to netball squads and more!

In this role, previous sales or office experience is not a requirement, so long as you are a proactive individual with a passion for sports!

Please note, this is NOT a cold calling / hard sales / call centre type role. You will be working in a close-knit team as a contact for clients either virtually or face to face in the showroom, taking orders from initial enquiry and quotation through to completion, with the aim of providing a top-notch service to ensure repeat business.

Along with generous commission opportunities, you will also be rewarded with team trips to sports games, days out as well as an annual trip overseas.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients looking to purchase from the company.
  • Answer relevant queries.
  • Meet and greet customers in showroom when visited.
  • Process web orders.
  • Generate pricing quotes.
  • Maintain up to date computer records of queries, orders and transactions.
  • General administration.
  • Follow up with previous customers to maximise new business opportunities.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (£7,000 - £13,000 OTE per annum)
