Your new company
Temporary position till February 2025 for a Resourcing and Talent Assistant to join a fast-paced team for a regulatory organisation based in Manchester city centre.
Your new role
You will be providing administrative support to the resourcing team and assist in attracting a diverse range of suitable candidates to the organisation. This will include;
- Supporting internal and external recruitment campaigns. Updating the website with vacancies, updating candidates from initial application, invitation to interview, communicating unsuccessful feedback and final stages of offers.
- Continual support through the selection process, preparing materials for assessments/interviews, meeting candidates on the day, virtual or face to face ID checks.
- You will be maintaining online and manual records.
- A large part of this role will involve handling any queries directed to the team via telephone, email, letter or face to face.
What you'll need to succeed
- Candidates will have experience of providing administrative support in busy environments whilst meeting deadlines and prioritising a varied workload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service with proven experience of handling queries in various mediums
- Experience of working within policies and procedures with an understanding of GDPR
- Ability to prepare written communication in an appropriate format and tone
- Focus on team work, meeting team objectives by working together and suggesting improvements.
- Experience of supporting a recruitment, HR or talent acquisition team.
- Experience in supporting recruitment assessments would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
35 hour working week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working, currently 1 day in the office a week (flexibility required depending on workload)
