About the role
- Title: Audit and Accounts Senior
- Location: Wirral based
- Salary: up to £36K depending on experience
- Hours: Monday - Friday
- Benefits: 20 days holiday plus BH, flexitime, on-site parking, growth opportunities
Responsibilities
- Preparing of accounts for companies, sole traders and partnerships.
- Explaining and discussing reports with clients in person and over the telephone
- Preparation of management accounts
- Preparation of tax returns
- Assisting with field based audits
- Guidance to team members and reviewing reports
Requirements
- 4 years experience in an accountancy practice
- Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified but not essential, experience of part qualified considered
- Experience in auditing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Experience using Digita, Sage, Xero accounts is beneficial
