Job Description: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during staff absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across different subjects and year groups, following the provided lesson plans.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Adapting to different school settings and integrating seamlessly into various school communities.
- Assessing and providing feedback on student progress and engagement.
- Collaborating with school staff to support student learning and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary school settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to work at short notice.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
