Our client is a fast-growth, fast-paced sports brand and needs extra support to in their talented Finance team.
Reporting into the AP Manager during a crucial time with exciting projects and ensuring all suppliers are kept happy with on-time payments during this busy period.
Our client operates in the UK, US and Australia and a growing company with creative people from more than 10 different countries and is on the lookout for the most talented and diverse team that thrives on passion and creativity!
What am I going to be responsible for ?
- Responsible for processing high volume purchase invoices and supplier bills correctly and within company timeframes
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Ensure correct invoices are matched & queries raised with relevant departments
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with key stakeholders within the business
- Point of contact to external and internal business partners for any supplier queries
- Working with the AP Manager on projects to improve the AP processes.
What will you bring ?
- Minimum 1 years Accountancy
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Flexible approach
- Self-motivated
- Good communication and relationship skills
- Resilience to see issues through to conclusion
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Proficient IT skills including Excel
