Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead change projects such as data migration, office reconfiguration, and platform or service changes.
- Assist in delivering the IT strategy, with a focus on infrastructure optimisation.
- Assist in technical assessments and scoping, including researching, vendor selection, implementation, configuration, documentation, and roll-out of strategic infrastructure technologies.
- Proactively monitor systems from an availability, security, and performance perspective and take pre-emptive or reactive actions as necessary.
- Serve as a subject matter specialist in IT infrastructure and systems, providing problem resolution and maintaining calm in challenging scenarios.
- Actively engage with business processes such as change management assessment and implementation.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent setting
- Essential experience with MS Azure AD support and MS Office 365 administration and support
- Desirable exposure to Mac (iOS) support and Google Workspace administration
- Experience with endpoint security and device management systems administration
- IT network and infrastructure configuration experience
Working Location:
- Primarily based in Kensington, London, with some travel to other offices across the UK. This role is office-based.
