Southeast, flexible on office with a choice of London, Oxford, Billericay, Cambridge and Colchester - Hybrid (flexible working options - open to negotiations)

Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience levels, with bonus.

We are recruiting for an award-winning architectural practice in the Southeast. Due to increased client wins and growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Regulations Designer to join their busy team. The organisation offers great opportunities to develop your existing knowledge, skills, and experience with promotions available in short periods for the right candidate.

The role is working on national projects which would offer a range of flexibility on projects. We are looking for a construction professional with a building control, building surveying, or clerk of works background for our Building Regulations Principal Designer and Building Safety Act team and will be a key part of our central BRPD team, reporting to the H&S Director.

We are looking for a talented Building Regulations Designer who can meet our key requirements:

Manage own job list, provide sound advice to clients and the teams around the Practice.

Help develop the Building Regulations Principal Designer Service with the H&S Director.

Proactive self-starter who is comfortable dealing with clients and project teams.

Ability to highlight concerns and work through solutions in a collaborative way.
