The successful candidate will develop and implement an effective Geography curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. They will ensure continual improvement within the department, together with high quality, engaging and fulfilling education for their students that leads to excellent outcomes.
As Head of Department, the post-holder will line manage the Geography Department, with a focus on whole-school priorities. They will be a visible presence within the department, seeking the highest standards of teaching, learning and behaviour within the Academy.
