Salesperson
Our client is seeking a new Salesperson within the construction industry to join their team based in Swansea. This is full time Hybrid working role, offering a salary of £35-40,000 + 20% bonus (target related), a work phone, car and a pension scheme.
As a Salesperson you will be handling sales activities and building client relationships, via promotion of the company's products.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in concrete repair and waterproofing is desirable
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years field sales experience
- Arithmetic and good numeracy skills
- Proven track record of sales ability with reference to support
- Prior Experience in B2B & B2C sales
Responsibilities:
- As a Salesperson you will be able to obtain profitable results through new business
- Develop leads passed from senior sales staff and accumulate your own leads
- Provide reports on sales activities, pipelines and customer relations.
- Monitor the performance of your client base by establishing sales reports for monthly sales meetings and electronic bulletins
- Analyse and plan against competitors, market trends and client expectations
- The Salesperson will device clear plans on how to grow the company
- Able to travel UK-Wide with occasional overnight stays
- Undertake regular client visits
- Occasional travel over seas
- Maintain sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand
- Personally endeavour to develop a clear technical understanding of products within the company
