Hays are working with a fast paced and established business in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced and dynamic Credit Controller to join their team
Your new role
You will be taking full responsibility for the credit control will be required to understand current processes, adapt current reporting and focus on aged debt collections whilst conversing with and supporting staff members and customers on account queries.
Duties will include:
- Aged Debt collection
- Process understanding
- Reporting on debts
- Customer account support
- Reviewing credit applications and new account openings
What you'll need to succeed You should be an experienced Credit controller who has strong communication skills, be tenacious, driven and have strong Excel skills
