Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (with paid lunchbreak)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our busy finance office team.

Duties/Responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised filing systems
  • Assist in all aspects of administrative functions & provide clerical support
  • Assist in the implementation of new procedures, methods and systems
  • Help to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with queries
  • Assisting with the stock control, invoicing, and stock orders
  • Interdepartmental communication and support to ensure the efficient running of the business.

Requirements and skills - The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Be conscientious and motivated to work hard
