We are currently supporting a thriving primary school based in Huntingdonshire, Cambs to appoint a full time Early Years Teacher within their hardworking & welcoming team. Starting in September 2024, this is a permanent position that will see working alongside colleagues in planning, preparing and supporting the teaching and learning of all pupils in your care.
The school itself is a part of a well established local trust, which aims to provide any additional support for self/professional development, alongside an inclusive and thriving environment for all staff and students.
The school is ideally looking for a permanent member of staff, However, they may consider someone to work with them whilst employed by us here at Randstad (for a shorter term commitment).

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
- Have experience of working as a Class Teacher in a primary school
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children's life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a 'can-do' attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
