In this core Risk role you will bring your risk and controls experience to work with the Group Risk Team in ensuring that management have a clear and current view of the key business and programme/project risks the organisation faces.

Description
Risk Management
- Working Group-wide in an efficient Risk Business Partner capacity to help the business to document risks and controls.
- Supporting the Head of Audit to run risk workshops and to assist the business in ensuring that their risks are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Providing risk management guidance and support to identify emerging risks and developing control strategies that will satisfy audit and compliance / regulatory requirements.
- You will actively use the Group risk system to produce meaningful management information and assist the business in training and development of reports on the system.
Profile
Highly Desirable:
- Qualified Auditor or Risk Management professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player with a desire to ensure that the team is resilient and continuously improves.
- Experience of the practical application of risk and control strategies or auditing controls.
- Ability to communicate effectively, instil credibility and develop innovative ways of working as a 2nd line business support function.
