REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland's well established Charity Organisations, who are looking to recruit a ‘Regional Health & Safety Lead' on a Permanent basis. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of health, safety, and property compliance across our services in Scotland. This is a pivotal role ensuring our environments are safe, efficient, and supportive for both staff and the people we support.

Location – Central Edinburgh (Travel to buildings in Borders and Perth)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety and Fire Safety policies.
- Conduct service inspections and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
- Oversee accident/incident reporting and investigations.
- Deliver training aligned with the Workforce Development Plan.
- Provide expert H&S advice and consultation across services.
- Support senior managers in maintaining high-quality tenancies and facilities.
- Manage contractors and suppliers for maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment procurement.
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, property compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across a regional remit.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
