This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to work with a warm and friendly team in a Private Family Office, operating in the property space.

Your new role

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years in a similar receptionist position.
  • Desirable to have a background in professional services or property.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
