TEAM PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED!

Are you a confident and assertive Team Administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills? Passionate about the real estate sector?
GRG are partnering with an organisation who is looking for a Team Administrator to join their Property Team.
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in managing services across various residential sites in the region. This is a fast-paced role, with the successful candidate working in their Birmingham offices 4 days per week, and ability to work from home 1 day per week (Monday-Friday, 9-5pm).
What will you be doing in the role?
- Updating the property database with current lease transactions
- Reviewing and challenging Service Charge budgets
- Processing invoices for payment
- Supporting Purchase Order requests
- Answering the team telephone in accordance with company policy
- Responding to routine enquiries
- Coordinating service contracts
- Generating reports, reminder letters and updating system as required
- Assisting Property Management Teams with tasks as directed
