As an Ecologist in this role in Sheffield, you will oversee projects and offer expertise on ecology and biodiversity to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Your duties will involve leading surveys, conducting impact assessments, evaluating biodiversity net gain, and creating ecological reports and strategies. You will also implement measures to enhance biodiversity and protect ecological elements, while mentoring junior staff. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Criteria for this role as an Ecologist include:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- BSc in relevant discipline (Essential)
- CIEEM Membership (Essential)
- Protected Species Licence(s)
- Botanical experience
