EUD Senior Engineer

Exciting Opportunity for an EUD Senior Engineer in the ICT Industry!

Our client, a leading organisation in the ICT industry, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced EUD Senior Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and possess expertise in ICT operational delivery, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent customer experience, supporting the forces' user base and minimising service disruption.
Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Regularly review and update EUD procedure documentation and knowledge base articles, delivering training to the team.
Support the EUD Tech Senior Engineers with testing and incorporating new customer requirements into the build.
Collaborate with the EUD Operations Lead to ensure adequate resourcing for day-to-day operations, projects, and events.
Adhere to processes and procedures, particularly asset management governance.
Act as an escalation point for engineers and analysts, providing advice and assistance with incidents and problems.
Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in ICT operational delivery.
Proven expertise in supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer experience ethos.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
Experience creating procedure and knowledge base documentation.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow.

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate must be flexible to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake assignments in a timely manner. A full UK driving licence is considered essential, as public transport may not be available during unsocial hours.

Our client offers an attractive daily rate of £250.00 and a temporary contract until February 28, 2025. Your will be office based working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week 09:00 (flexible) - 17:00 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact in the ICT industry.
