The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Estate and Campus Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, efficient and customer focused service across a diverse range of activities to the Keele University community.

The successful candidate will assistance with day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance works on campus. This will include Carpentry & Joinery, Bricklaying, installation and altering copper pipework and providing the highest level of customer service, across the University's estate.

You will have completed a formal apprenticeship & possess a craft qualification equivalent to a City & Guilds Certificate and experience in a construction, building/ facilities management. The successful applicant must also have post qualification experience and excellent organisation, planning, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
