They work in close partnership to deliver bespoke HR services that help businesses to thrive and grow. Their team offers a full range of HR services, including regular day-to-day support, strategic consultancy, one-off project work, and a rapid response service for those challenging times when urgent support is required.
Salary
: £35,000 - £37,000 per year (pro rata) plus benefits, including a profit-related bonus
Part-Time
: 22.5 to 30 hours per week (flexible days, but Fridays are required)

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a dynamic, part-time role with variety and opportunities for growth? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading HR Consultancy, providing expert HR advice across a range of clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients, providing tailored HR advice on employee relations, policies, restructuring, and more.
- Drafting key HR documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.
- Supporting HR projects across areas like performance management, training, organisational change, and salary benchmarking.
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and its application.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in employee relations, including handling complex cases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
