Our client is a well-established HR Consultancy, and they take the time to listen, learn and understand the way companies work. They work in close partnership to deliver bespoke HR services that help businesses to thrive and grow. Their team offers a full range of HR services, including regular day-to-day support, strategic consultancy, one-off project work, and a rapid response service for those challenging times when urgent support is required.

Salary

: £35,000 - £37,000 per year (pro rata) plus benefits, including a profit-related bonus

Part-Time

: 22.5 to 30 hours per week (flexible days, but Fridays are required)

: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a dynamic, part-time role with variety and opportunities for growth? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading HR Consultancy, providing expert HR advice across a range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for clients, providing tailored HR advice on employee relations, policies, restructuring, and more.
  • Drafting key HR documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.
  • Supporting HR projects across areas like performance management, training, organisational change, and salary benchmarking.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and its application.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in employee relations, including handling complex cases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
