My client is seeking a financial services company seeking an administrator for 12-18 months FTC

Are you passionate about financial service and looking for a rewarding career opportunity? My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team as a Financial Services Administrator focusing on Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and assisting in the administration of SIPPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing contributions, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and investment providers to ensure efficient and accurate handling of SIPP-related queries and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and statements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to SIPPs and financial services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration is not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
