What's involved?
As Guest Services Manager your duties will be varied and not limited to:
- Responsible for front desk operations, including check in and check out processes run smoothly and guests are escorted to their correct rooms
- Responding to requests and complaints made by the guest in a professional manner to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Manage and monitor activities of the team, making sure they adhere to the company standards and follow procedures correctly.
- Duty Manager responsibilities
Previous experience as Guest Relations or Guest Service Supervisory within a 4Star background is desired. Local London knowledge is essential whilst having excellent guest interaction, and listening skills plus good leadership / people management. Opera PMS is essential and the flexibility to work shift patterns
