About The Role:

As Sales & Marketing Manager you'll be an ambitious self-starter, passionate about maximising sales

opportunities, so the business achieves its commercial goals. You will act as an ambassador, promoting our

brands, formats and channels to existing and potential clients, always on the look-out for new opportunities to

drive sales and for more people to enjoy our restaurants and kiosks.

You will nurture and develop opportunities in order to drive revenue nationally as well as from local and regional

markets. You will utilise sales and marketing tactics effectively to drive demand during need periods. This will be

primarily through proactively increasing the share and profitability of existing accounts and securing new business

across all market segments, by researching and targeting business in competitor venues, both locally and

nationally.

Key Accountabilities:

  • You will own and deliver the sales strategy for all brands, formats and channels.
  • You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue

streams and maximise profitability through creating compelling customer experiences.

  • You will implement and continuously review the sales plan, ensuring it remains competitive and

innovative in the market.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bookings team and platform, ensuring

sales and conversion targets are hit to maximise sales.

  • You will stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a leading edge.
  • You will utilise your analytical skills to forecast activity revenues accurately, preparing detailed reports

and providing insights for informed decision-making.

  • You will work closely with the Operations Teams on the channel sales strategy to drive bookings &

achieve target KPIs.

  • You will proactively seek new business opportunities and build relations targeting key partners and

markets such as corporate and students.

  • You will develop and manage a corporate database, to build and maintain an enquiry pipeline.
  • You will identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations as well as build relationships with

our current partners such as, Uniday's, Bluelight, shopping centres, key partners (e.g. Tesco, Selfridges,

Heathrow).

  • You will recognise guest trends to maximise sales through average transaction value (ATV) and lifetime

value (LTV) to drive our brand frequency metrics. Engaging fully with the business in order to positively

influence revenue in all areas.
