IT Support / 1st, 2nd Line / Solihull
An immediate requirement has become available for a 1st, 2nd line support engineer to join my client on an initial 6 month contract, on an hybrid working basis in Solihull.
This role will be 3 days onsite in Solihull so local candidates will be preferred.
You will need experience in the below to be considered;
- Experience of a Helpdesk / CRM environment.
- IT qualifications in Microsoft and ITIL are advantageous
- Experience or relevant understanding of Active Directory
- Experience or relevant understanding of Microsoft products including, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003/2008 R2, Exchange 2010, Exchange Online, Office 365
