Our client is looking to recruit a Head of HR with a specific focus on ER.
- CIPD qualified HR consultant with experience across in house and consultancy roles;
- Experience of running a team of junior to mid-level HR / employment associates
- Strong track record of winning work and converting leads
- Client ethos and the pursuit of excellence in service levels
- Experience of using a tech platform to help improve the client experience within employment law sector
- Good commercial acumen and ability to manage a budget / profit and loss
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter seeking flexibility and a truly autonomous role
The salary will be flexible for the ideal candidate
The role is Hybrid , but you must be based in the North-West of England
