This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT Support to both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
- Service account creation and management within Active Directory
- Updating and management of end user device assets and rollout of hardware replacements
- Delivery of IT end user innovation projects, enhance existing systems, and implement new systems.
equired skills and qualifications
- Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
- 5 years' experience of providing excellent customer service and IT second support within a technical IT related role.
- Experience of administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Experience managing teams Telephony system and SBC's.
- Experience managing OS and software deployment
environments, ideally SCCM or Intune.
