The Company:

A top global professional services firm is on the lookout for a talented AI Advisor to join their team! Thanks to a wave of new investments, this newly created role will focus on driving technology projects across various practice groups. The firm is renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and innovative solutions to large corporate clients, and now they're growing even further.

Key Responsibilities of the AI Advisor

  • Knowledge Management: Oversee internal systems and processes for managing and sharing knowledge on emerging technologies. Document, build, and maintain relevant content and resources.
  • Training & Content Delivery: Create and maintain training materials and know-how resources. Support the delivery of content to colleagues through internal calls and newsletters.
  • Research Support: Conduct ad-hoc research on emerging technologies aligned with business and team needs. Provide insights and answers to queries.
  • Content Maintenance & Production: Keep global, cross-practice materials up to date. Assist in producing major campaigns, reports, articles, and organizing events such as webinars and roundtables.
  • Client Engagement: Support global initiatives on client pursuit and engagement by preparing content for marketing, business development, and client meetings.
  • Market & Client Insight: Build a deep understanding of client and market trends related to emerging technologies. Use insights to guide strategy, business development, and marketing efforts.
  • News & Insights Sharing: Stay informed about emerging tech news and share relevant insights with the team. Leverage data to help identify new business opportunities and support existing client work.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Track legal and regulatory developments in AI, blockchain, digital assets, and the metaverse. Use this information to support the Emerging Technology Group and client advisory.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data collection and analysis on AI and other relevant technologies to support research and client work.

Skills & Attributes of the AI Advisor

  • Academic Excellence: Strong academic background with at least a 2:1 degree.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in IT and eagerness to learn and master new software and applications.
  • Professional Experience: Preferably experience in a large, international law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Curiosity & Creativity: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and their legal implications.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture.
