In a nutshell. We're looking to hire 2x BDMs for the Bristol office. Why? To drive growth with our clients in order to optimise the lifetime value opportunities whilst delivering a best in class customer and candidate experience.
Now in more detail. The Business Development Executives will be working extremely collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategically identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the STEM sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs to offer solutions that add value.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Consultants to ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to candidate placement.
- Utilise market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Bristol office.

- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Business Development within the STEM sectors (ideally tech/IT).
- Exposure to the agency recruitment lifecycle, demonstrating an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels during complex commercial agreements.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform business strategy.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working effectively within a dynamic team environment.
