Key Responsibilities:
- Input all sales enquiries on the in-house system
- Inputting data
- Dealing with both incoming and outgoing calls
- Assisting with general enquiries
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Following up on the initial enquiry and booking appointments for the sales team
- Diary management
- Working to monthly targets
- Cover reception as and when required
