Resourcing Officer
TimePlan Education are looking to recruit a Resourcing Officer to add to their successful team in New Malden, Surrey starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working, supportive and effective recruitment team.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Resource Teaching and Support Staff
- Writing and posting job advertisements for vacancies to entice candidates to register
- Vetting candidates to ensure their suitability
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants where applicable
- Organising interviews and recruitment events to run alongside other colleagues
- Promoting the positive culture and ethos of the company
- Use a range of marketing techniques to build and maintain relationships with schools and candidates
