Legal Secretary – Private Client Team

This is a rare opening within an outstandingly talented, welcoming and ambitious team, to support them in the provision of high quality, bespoke Private Client legal services.
This role will provide direct support covering the following areas:
- Dealing with client enquires and correspondence.
- Arranging of appointments and diary management.
- Audio dictation.
- Document preparation.
- Opening and closing of files and case management system input.
- Additional general duties
This is a wonderful role for an experienced Legal Secretary with Private Client experience. You will be highly collaborative, approachable, organised with excellent typing and dictation skills. Comfortable in supporting a busy team and workload, happy to assist where needed.
Salary & package
: competitive salary package, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension and private healthcare, free onsite parking
Hours
: 8:45am-5:15pm Monday – Friday
Location:
between Maidstone and Ashford.
