Technical Customer Service Advisor

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll join a small, friendly team and support clients via telephone and email, with IT, software and system issues. You'll assist new customers during their onboarding process, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues that arise.

If you've got previous experience in a customer service or technical support role and have a keen interest in software, IT or Tech then we'd love to hear from you.
