Our client who are leading provider of Invoice Finance are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their dynamic sales team. You will play a critical role in driving company growth by calling warm leads generated through a leading partnership source.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Engage with warm leads provided through a strategic partnership. These leads have already expressed interest in the invoice finance solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct phone calls to warm leads to introduce the company services, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects to further discuss our solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the invoice finance solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with potential clients over the phone.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts and invoice finance.
