Here's your chance to take up a short-term, 2-month assignment in Coventry.
Here's what you'll be required to do:
- Invoice Matching and Coding: Ensure all costs are authorised and invoices are processed in line with the purchase ledger process.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and perform statement reconciliations.
- Help with bank reconciliations and processing expenses during team holidays or sickness.
- Payment Runs: Collate weekly and monthly multi-currency payment runs and input them into banking platforms.
- Month-End Checks: Perform month-end checks through the nominals to ensure consistent coding.
- Foreign Creditors Management: Handle correspondence, payments, and queries for foreign creditors.
- Supplier ISO Register: Monitor and take full ownership of the supplier ISO register (training provided).
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Assist with forecasting related to the company's direct debits and standing orders.
- General Duties: Keep financial records up to date and ensure accurate data is maintained across the business.
Role requirements:
Due to the nature of this being a temporary assignment, our client will be looking for you to hit the ground running so:
- Previous office experience in a purchase ledger role is essential
- Sage 50 and foreign currency experience are preferred.
- A good level of IT/Tech competency (All MS Packages)
