Page Group are working in partnership with an industry specialist within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector who are looking to appoint a Sales Office Manager / Internal Sales Manager to join them at their offices located between Huddersfield & Halifax
Description
- Management of a reactive internal sales team along with all back office activities
- Manage and assign workload around processing customer orders and enquiries
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues, enquiries or requests
- Ensure support is provided to regional and field sales functions
- Where needed - support with quotations and order entry
- Manage the team KPI's around lead time sand order processing days
- Ensure the business adheres to SOP's, reviewing them regularly to make sure they are fit for practise, effective and in the best interests for both the customer and business
- Work with other senior management across the business to drive wider business performance
- Attend and provide reports during weekly sales meeting around forecast and customer demand
- Provide support to major UK key accounts
Profile
- Experience in a similar manufacturing / engineering environment
- Mechanical / technical background
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Job Offer
The role of Sales Office Manager will join a market leading specialist within the Engineering & Manufacturing space.
This position offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and is a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday.
The role is on site in Elland - Between Huddersfield & Halifax
