Digital PMO Manager
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
12-month Fixed Term Contract
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Digital PMO Manager to work on a number of large and exciting projects. This role will ensure projects meet best practice in cost and quality within the required timescale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing Digital Portfolio governance.
- Understand the project roadmap and pipeline requirements.
- Maintain portfolio level project lists, action logs and financial and KPI information.
- Ensure quality project level reporting.
- Support the digital heads of department with finance reviews and budget setting.
- Assist Senior management with resource capacity training and service tracking.
- Design and embed efficient change control methods and processes.
Skills & Experiences:
- Previous PMO Manager experience.
- Strong understanding of project management best practice, methodology and PPM tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to challenge and influence decision making.
- Able to collate and present high-quality reporting, tracking and management information.
- Financial management and planning experience
