Proximity Recruitment have partnered with an exciting, high growth digital agency in Milton Keynes who are searching for a talented Digital Media Specialist to join their collaborative team and deliver of a collection of interesting & ambitious B2B clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing paid media requirements within a small team.
- Manage 5 B2B clients with LinkedIn & Google Ads being the most utilised.
- Develop short and long-term campaign expansion strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that increase client specific KPIs.
- Measure, optimise and report on campaign performance from client specific KPI perspective.
- Continually improve campaign performance by measuring results, identifying next steps and actioning change.
- Use creative, out-of-the-box thinking to come up with innovative and effective approaches.
- Ensure the agency is at the forefront of any industry developments.
- Measure, analyse and strategise using different industry tools.
