Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a wonderful and unique travel company based in West Sussex. Due to company growth, they are seeking a Travel Operations Executive/Tour Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Tour Coordinator you will be delivering each tour through the full cycle from confirmation to post-tour feedback, whilst giving the best service at every stage.
Previous experience within the travel industry is not essential, but you will have a genuine passion for travel, be super organised, love a challenge and have the willingness to learn.

The role:
- Providing perfect service at every step from confirmation of the tour to receiving post-tour feedback
- Creating all necessary and precise documentation for the journey, such as itineraries, travel packages, and invoices
- Handling all questions and queries and liaising with all parties involved in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal and external suppliers
You will have:
- A passion for the travel and tourism industry (essential)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Willingness to go above and beyond every time
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
