Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal terms.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production planning, inventory control, and logistics functions.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production, sales, and finance, to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management and identify new technologies or systems to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
