Position Available within the team: Conveyancing Assistant - New Build.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of 50-60 files, focusing on new-build properties
- Communicate effectively with Clients and Stakeholders via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings
- Chase and organise necessary documentation including IDs, mortgage offers, and searches
- Prepare completion packets with Bills and Statements for the Accounts department
- Use our case management system (Proclaim) to ensure efficient workflow and document management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Experience in Newbuild cases or Shared Ownership Schemes is advantageous
- Proficiency with case management systems, ideally Proclaim
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
