Support Engineer - £33k - £38k
This is an excellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience working for an MSP.
Key responsibilties:
- Provide friendly and efficient service with a strong focus on exceptional customer support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls/emails, offering day-to-day support.
- Handle customer queries, offering general advice and technical assistance.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of open tickets.
- Gather, qualify, and prioritize new service requests.
- Log relevant information into the internal help-desk system.
- Proactively update customers on the status of their issues.
- Address support requests, including network basics, troubleshooting, and password resets.
- Escalate complex technical cases and perform in-depth analysis to identify and implement solutions.

Technical Skills:
- MSP Experience
- Experience in a 3rd Line role
- Significant experience of Azure configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Significant experience of 365 configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
- Experience of installing and configuring Microsoft Windows
- Excellent customer service skills
