Job Role: Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In-person (Suffolk)
Salary: Up to £38,000, OT 1.5x + benefits (including company vehicle)
Plumbing & Heating Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain a variety of systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps, Gas Boilers, and Oil Boilers.
- Ensure high-quality service and meet deadlines to maintain our excellent customer satisfaction.
- Respect customers' homes and workspaces while delivering outstanding service.
- Exhibit strong time management and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience installing full domestic central heating systems (boilers, radiators, and hot water cylinders).
- NVQ or equivalent qualifications in plumbing and heating.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Unvented Hot Water Cylinder qualifications.
- Gas Safe and/or OFTEC certification.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience with heat pumps, oil, and LPG systems (training provided if needed).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heating system installation.
- 3 years of heating experience preferred.
