Participation Development Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of care experienced children? Join our team as Participation Development Worker in South Wales working with children 8 - 14-year-olds to enhance their wellbeing and address emerging mental health needs through the delivery of positive activities and one to one support.
Key functions
- Plan and facilitate positive activities with external providers to support the wellbeing of care experienced children.
- Provide one to one support to address the unique needs of each child.
- Empower children to lead and influence systemic change.
- Assist the Team leader in the delivery of project outcomes.
Requirements.
- Willingness to work some early evenings and some weekends
- Experienced of working with children and understanding their development needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel independently across the whole of South Wales.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 4th September 2024 - Face to Face at our Cardiff Office. The interview will consist of a 5 min presentation along with competency-based interview questions. The Topic of the presentation will be given with interview invitation.
