Role Overview:
As a CAD Technician with my client, you will play a pivotal role in assisting their development team by creating site layouts, construction drawings, and design plans for EV charging projects. Your collaboration with various teams will ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings, contributing to their operational efficiency and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing site layouts and construction drawings for EV charging projects.
- Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Research and recommend process improvements for design enhancements.
- Ensure site designs meet the highest standards and safety regulations.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail in technical drawings.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to learning new systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking in design solutions.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about the EV industry.
