We are currently recruiting for skilled Sous Chef and Chef de Partie for our client located in Ware, SG11.
From 24th to 28th June, we require 1 x Sous Chef and 1 x CDP
- Hours - 700-1500hrs
- £16.00-£18.00
- Ware, SG11
Valid enhanced DBS required
Main duties:
- Organise and set up your assigned section of the Food, Beverage and Kitchen
- Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
- Assist to Exec and Head Chef
- Works in any sections of kitchen if necessary
- Ensure the sanitation standards for kitchen are being met
- Ensure that set tickets times are met and communicates to management if not met
- Uses and applies proper kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills
- Properly wraps, labels, dates and stores all food items in their correct areas
- Sets up, operates and cleans all kitchen machinery equipment and stores it in proper place
