Description
- Managing customer accounts for the Professional Services/ Advertising industry
- Chasing and retrieving debts as owed to a company
- Issuing payment reminders to customers
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
- Providing accounts information to internal departments
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
