As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator include:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, track supplies, and manage order processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and resolve any operational issues
- Prepare reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and operational performance.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks
Operations Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus
