Senior Sustainability Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent multidisciplined consultancy who provide a comprehensive range of services within the built environment across the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Sustainability Engineer to join an ambitious team of engineers in their Oxford offices.
Role responsibilities for a Senior Sustainability Engineer will include:
- Take the lead on multidisciplinary projects across a range of sectors from inception through to completion
- Carry out feasibility studies and report writing for planning submissions
- Use IES-VE software to carry out TM59 overheating assessments and optimise building performance
- Produce specifications for project design as well as helping develop professionally junior members of the team
The ideal Senior Sustainability Engineer will have:
- Degree within a sustainability, architectural, or engineering discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role within the building services industry
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations such as Part L and Part O
- Working experience with IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling and analysis
- Experience managing more junior team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
