Main Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct consultations
- Perform a full range of treatments offered within the salon to the highest possible standard
- Maintain client records
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment
- Advise clients on suitable retail products
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- Proficient in waxing and nail care
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to work consistently to high standards within commercial times
- At least one year of experience as a beauty therapist
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn
- Professional attitude towards colleagues and clients
- Great attention to detail
Additional Requirements - Preferred but Not Essential:
- Intimate waxing
- Eyelash services
- Gel nails
- Shellac; Dermalogica training would be desirable
