Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Security Concierge Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing access to buildings and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Ensure the security of the buildings through visual inspection.
- Liaising with on-site client
- Liaising with mail delivery and courier services.
- Patrolling the premises and looking out for suspicious activity.
- Administrate emergency first aid care in the event of an emergency.
- Engaging with visitors, staff and contractors in a professional manner.
- Exhibiting high standards of customer service.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Must have a checkable history
- Must have a valid SIA Licence
- SIA Door Supervisor License is essential.
- Valid First Aid Training is essential.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Can do attitude
- Analytical thinking.
- Conflict Management training.
- Efficient and organised.
- Forward-thinking with a strong initiative.
- Understanding of technology and systems.
